How to move apps to the memory card on Android 4.x and earlier devices?
Go to Settings, Applications directory. Find the application you want to move. Press the "Move to SD card" button. With Android 4.x (KitKat, Jellybean, Ice Cream Sandwich) and previous operating systems, the number of apps you can move to your memory card was very limited. Because Google was not very keen on moving applications to the memory card on Android phones. However, some application developers were still developing their applications to support this feature. So in most applications the "Move to SD card" button appears to be passive. If you're using a system older than Android 4.x, there is a point to keep in mind before moving apps to your memory card. If you want to use the application's widgets, you have to install the applications on the phone's internal storage. Because widget support works only with applications running on the internal storage.
