How to Move Apps to the SD Card on Android 10
On Android 10 you can move an app to the memory card from its App info page: open the app's Storage settings and tap Change. The Change button only appears if the app supports being moved.
Steps to move an app to the SD card
- Open Settings and go to Apps and notifications (the Apps section) > App info.
- Find and select the app you want to move.
- Tap Storage.
- Tap Change and choose the SD card as the new storage location.
If you don't see the Change button, the app doesn't support moving to the SD card. Menu names can differ slightly by phone brand and Android version.
